Much like her, Our Lord compassionately calls us to arise from our ashes, cling to Him, and be healed.

Hi, I'm Lucy Flamiatos. I am a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Certified GAPS Practitioner based out of the Seattle area with a specialty focus in pregnancy and postpartum. My goal is to help women be the healthiest during this time so they can be their best for their families.
When I’m not working, I’m busy being a wife and homeschooling mom, cooking healthy food, visiting farms, and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
